Return & Exchange Policy
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with all of our products. We will gladly make an exchange, credit, or refund on any item purchased directly from Extreme Sports Dallas.
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service center at (214) 494-9356 or email returns@extremesportsdallas.com
Returns
All returns must be requested within 30 days of the date item was shipped. Items returned must be in like-new condition, unused and unworn to be accepted as a return. Items must be returned with a Return Authorization issued by Extreme Sports Dallas. To receive a return authorization please email return request to returns@extremesportsdallas.com. Included in your return request must be the following information:

Style number, color and size of item to be returned
Upon receipt of returned goods according to these conditions the full amount less shipping and handling will be refunded to the original tender. Some items may not be fully refundable or may incur restocking fees of up to 15%.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the date the item was shipped. Please email exchange requests to returns@extremesportsdallas.com. Included in your exchange request must be the following information:

A Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding your exchange. If your exchange results in a refund, the refund will be credited to the original tender. If your exchange results in an amount due to Extreme Sports Dallas you will be responsible for payment prior to new item being shipped.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
