About the Owner
I'm an avid kiteboarder and rock climber with more than 16 years of combined experience and if the wind is blowing, you'll find me under a kite with water beneath my board, otherwise I'll be clinging to granite, limestone or gym plastic.
The first time I felt the power of the wind lift me off my feet, I was hooked...countless kites and 8 years later, I'm as addicted to this amazing sport now as ever. Kiteboarding combines, in perfect balance, the best aspects of surfing, wake boarding and para sailing without the need for waves or boats - just a little wind. If you've never seen it, head out to Lake Ray Hubbard on any day that has 12 or more knots of southerly wind and if it doesn't pique your interest, you might want to check your pulse. ​
